I recently hired his company for two events held at my church and was very pleased with his presentation. Although our menu at both events was limited to fish, he gave us variety and lots of alternatives for the entrees. At one event he made us fried tilapia and grilled shrimp skewers, a beautifully presented Greek salad, vegetable rice pilaf and fresh green beans. My personal favorite was the spring salad, which was fresh, colorful, and paired with a nice champagne vinaigrette. Since the event was at the Greek church, he also made Greek style baked tilapia in tomato and onion (Psari Plaki) and herb seasoned baked tilapia at the second event. My husband ran restaurants for years and we cook a lot at home, so I’m picky. I can honestly say that Top Shelf and Chris did not disappoint. The food was fresh, top quality, and delicious. His portions were very generous, and the leftovers were too good to waste. I highly recommend Top Shelf Catering for quality catering and will definitely use Chris’s services again in the future.
